"This is the best Quality Inn we have ever stayed at. Immaculate! Cleaning staff really acted like they cared, they were thorough. Pool/hot tub was great!!! I enjoyed the treadmill in the spotless fitness center. Good sized TV screen with lots is channel choices. Breakfast was great. Thank you for the hot chocolate packs!!! Price was right. Large hotel room. Cozy bed. Bathroom- new fixtures. Great shower. Check in super quick. We’ll stay here every time we come through Dumas. Thank you for a great stay!!!! It’s really hard to find a good, affordable hotel these days. Keep up the good work!!! "

"Stained sheets, cold floor and room, and noisy side door to building, so don't take a room at the end of the hall on the first floor. Staff not around in the morning, had to call them to come to the hotel for assistance. They were kind enough to take my freezer pack into their staff freezer though so it was frozen for the morning. Breakfast is small, but good."

"Took my credit card for incidentals and have been repeatedly charging for the past several months. Some people at the front desk have reversed some charges but I’ve had to go through the bank to have others reversed. I’ve had to ask the bank for a new credit card because I keep receiving charges. Don’t stay here."
