The Galleria shopping centre is connected to the hotel via level 5 so theres no needs to go out into the cold to get into the shopping centre! Room is spacious and clean with good amenities. "First of all you can smell smoke as soon as you walk in. Every room has ashtray( I changed my room so I know ), the central AC will share the second smoke from other room to your room, every floor’s hall way has a public bathroom, so you can imagine the smell of the urine while you are walking back to your room. I found dead bug in my room, and that is not all of the reason I deeply regraded book the hotel. If you were like me cannot handle the smell of smoke and urine don’t stay here. "
