"at 11 pm there was a huge line at the check in counter, only 2 people at the counter and no attempt at organizing the lines took me and hour to get checked in, in the line people ordered pizza and drank white claw and kept the line lively, other than that from the drivers to the reception to house keeping to cafe employees specially Zahra at the front desk were all wonderfully kind, warm and hospitable, i wish the staff and the owners of the hotel prosperity. i enjoyed my stay. "

"One small bottle of lotion is not enough for 3 people. No blow dryer. Bag was there but nothing in it. My oversight there was no continental breakfast."

"This hotel was average. It has seen better days. The room furniture was worn. The carpet did not seem clean. The smell of pool chlorine hits you upon arrival. The hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. They even charge you a $100 deposit. Yet, as soon as you walk off of the elevator, there is a blast of marijuana smell that smacks you in the face. I can say that the best thing about my room was the bed and the pillows. The heat works well too."

"The hotel was much better than when we drove into the property. It looked like, and may have been, an old apartment building. Once inside it was clean and comfortable. Rooms spacious, full kitchen, utensils- great place for extended stay. Beds very comfortable. I need to be near Methodist Hospital several times the next few months and will always stay there. Reasonable rate and good location."
