"The house was gorgeously decorated! Safety was great too. I loved that each room had its own key code door lock as well as the front door lock. It was advertised as a bed and breakfast with grab and go, but there was not much drink selection in the fridge. The beds were comfortable. However, there was not a blanket on the bed, only a very light bed cover. It was cold during the night. As well, there were no regular sleeping pillows, only pillows with sham covers. "Christoffer, the hotel manager, was absolutely outstanding. After seeing the room, I realized it was too small for my wife, our two daughters, and me, so I went downstairs to see what options we had. Christoffer was immediately helpful, calm, and solution-oriented. With no fuss at all, he worked things out and upgraded us to two rooms, completely resolving the situation. This is what great hospitality looks like—listening, understanding, and taking action with a positive attitude. Christoffer turned what could have been a stressful moment into a smooth, easy experience. Huge thanks to him for going above and beyond."
