"The parking situation and how to actually check-in was a little rough, since there are few parking spots, all are very small, and the check-in desk is in a different hotel. Once that got sorted, it was very smooth. The attendant showed us where we can park outside, which was way more spacious. "So far I enjoyed my stay, but the only thing I didn’t like much was the parking lot. I meant there’s a few parking spots for compact/ midsize cars but for big trucks with trailers there’s none. ( Ouray is very touristy for people with utv’s, should it be expected big cars with pulling trailers) We had to park somewhere else because not enough space."

"It was an awesome place. Very clean and staff was awesome. Always maintaining everything. Path along the river leads to town which is about 1/2 mile away. 2 hot tubs and BBQ pit. All the guest were friendly and talkative in the BBQ area. The Smokehouse restaurant was very good for breakfast and dinner."

"Staff was pleasant and easy check in process. We had an upper end unit right next to the river which was great! Beautiful grounds. Love the fact that they had an off leash area for dogs. There were benches along the river to sit and relax. Two hot tubs available 24/7 which we took advantage of at 6 am to soak and watch the sunrise over the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay. Only complaint I have is that the backside of the building had lots of garbage, cans, bottles, and dog poop which was an unpleasant sight. It needs some serious clean up there."
