The night I checked in is the night I had lost my wallet somewhere between my flight from San Antonio and DFW. The night clerk and manager kept me from falling apart. They were vey kind. I imagine that they treat all the guests the same. For me they turned a horrible day into something a little better. Thank you. Mr James.

Excellent place to stay for an unexpected overnight, not too far from airport. The only limits were the the shuttle was not available at late night,the taxi/uber ride was expensive, and there were no nearby restaurants for breakfast or dinner.

Parking is not free you have to pay while you’re gone. No microwave in room and when ask they only have one in the kitchen you cant use. Rooms are very nice.

We really loved this hotel. The staff was really nice and everything was modern and clean. The hallways are dark but in a purposeful way. The only other thing I would say is this is a great setup for a couple but the layout of the room & shower would make it a little trickier to share with kids, especially older ones.

Very nice place ! Gym was great. I was disappointed the shuttle back to the airport didn’t operate until 7am and they did not list this when I booked the flight. The taxi that they recommended was wonderful but felt expensive - especially when you picked a hotel for the free shuttle.

My experience was good. Room was ready & clean I checked my room for its cleanliness! Nice quiet area shopping mall across the freeway. Staff was friendly as well.

The people were nice. The decor was cool. It was clean. Bar & breakfast food options were limited. The bar was not staffed well enough to take care of the customers that were waiting on drinks & bar food. Wish the outdoor pool had been heated or there was a hot tub. Otherwise, it was a nice experience.

My flight cancel bc Luthensa strike that’s why we can’t check inn on 3/8. I called the hotel explaining about it. One of the manager told me that it’s okay to check inn on next day 3/9. When we arrived reservations was cancel so we have find onother hotel. This is terrible service

Called before reserving confirming our vehicle could be left on site while we traveled. Was told we could keep our vehicle parked in property for a week at no cost. Went ahead and booked. Arrived and was then told there was a daily parking rate that wasn’t explained over the phone. Not worth keeping on site since the shuttle would only come every hour to pick up and drop off.

Great hotel !
Love staying here for our yearly marriage conference My only complain is the lack of food choices at the hotel but there’s a ton of restaurants close by so not a total down side . Gym is great room is super comfy and staff is so nice ! We stay every year here so we clearly love it !
