My son’s charger got stolen from the lobby within the first 10 minutes of arrival, the room was humid, the curtains & one of the pillows had mystery stains, the detachable shower nozzle was completely broken (room 104), & I could hear people upstairs all night (couldn’t fall asleep until 4am). The next morning I arrived at the breakfast nook around 9:40 & made my son’s plate. I was in line to make my own waffle & one of the workers removed the batter from the machine at 9:56. I asked if she was planning to put it back & she looked at her plug-in clock which read 9:58 & told me it was closed. They don’t close until 10am. I told her there was enough time left for me to make a waffle. She then proceeded to replace the waffle batter & then shut me into the dining area to where I had to duck under the rope with my hands full of food to get out. To top it off, this hotel is 2 stars per Google but 3 stars per Expedia. I would have never stayed here had I known (I filtered out 1 & 2 stars in my search), much less paid what I did when there were 4 star options for $20-30 more. Horrible experience & I’m baffled how this place is rated so highly on here. Would not stay again.

Iron in room worked dry, as soon as you put water in in for steam ironing it leaks all the water into your clothes, not good when ironing you clothes for an important meeting for the next day! Came down to front desk to grab another that worked. As hotel manager you should have housekeeping check that all appliances in room are in working order. Alarm clock was also disconnected from wall without showing local time. Very important for business guests. Other than that very clean nice smelling lobby as you walk the rooms levels smells of hallways and room start to deteriorate. Room had a muggy not clean smell. Door lock from outside had the key protector broken and could see the manual (physical) key insert. Loved the reading light option on night light. Rm 202

I was very shocked to find out that black people are not welcomed here when it comes to Ms. Norma. She treated myself as well as my spouse in a very unwelcoming matter. It’s sad to see the Comfort suites allows someone work at their establishment who doesn’t approve of all races staying at their facility. I then alerted the management of my incident who then happened to accuse my mate and I complaining before about someone being racist. All we wanted to do was have our stay here while on business only to get treated this way. Not acceptable! We are musicians who make music that serve the soul. We don’t cause issues. What lease allow people to serve your company that’s all inclusive of all people!
