My son’s charger got stolen from the lobby within the first 10 minutes of arrival, the room was humid, the curtains & one of the pillows had mystery stains, the detachable shower nozzle was completely broken (room 104), & I could hear people upstairs all night (couldn’t fall asleep until 4am).
The next morning I arrived at the breakfast nook around 9:40 & made my son’s plate. I was in line to make my own waffle & one of the workers removed the batter from the machine at 9:56. I asked if she was planning to put it back & she looked at her plug-in clock which read 9:58 & told me it was closed. They don’t close until 10am. I told her there was enough time left for me to make a waffle. She then proceeded to replace the waffle batter & then shut me into the dining area to where I had to duck under the rope with my hands full of food to get out.
To top it off, this hotel is 2 stars per Google but 3 stars per Expedia. I would have never stayed here had I known (I filtered out 1 & 2 stars in my search), much less paid what I did when there were 4 star options for $20-30 more.
Horrible experience & I’m baffled how this place is rated so highly on here. Would not stay again.
