Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating, the asst mgr was a little rude, maybe that is why the rest of the staff goes above and beyond. The hotel was clean and quiet. I felt safe.

The hotel staff were polite and friendly. They allowed me to check in early and brought extra sets of towels and makeup removal pads to the room upon request. They even called the room after I checked in to make sure I located it okay and to ask if there was anything I needed. The front staff was extremely knowledgeable about the area and events happening around town. They recommended a few local places to check out for a birthday dinner. I will definitely stay at this property again.

One Night For A King

My stay was amazing, my room was very clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the Texas outdoors, as an Oregon native I love traveling to get in the sun and this room made it the perfect trip.

Property is in a good, convenient location to major attractions. Our room smelled like mold/mildew. I think it might have been due to the air conditioning unit. Otherwise, good for the time we were there.

Hotel was going under a renovation while we stayed there; however, we still enjoyed our stay with no noise issues. The staff we interacted with was very friendly. The only issue we had was the TV in the room was not connected to the internet and kept us from being able to stream. Overall great stay.

Quick weekend stay for a basketball tournament. The location is great, loved the restaurants near this hotel. This is an older hotel with some minimal updates. The hallways was flooding from a room down the way. So the carpet was wet to walk on. I don’t really care about this stuff. The room was clean enough, but not extremely clean. Old stains and Cheeto dust on the curtains that freaked my kids out because it was in the shape of a hand and they first thought it was blood. You get what you pay for. Won’t be staying here again.

Good Facilities/Amenities, BUT... 1. Bar is only open when Bartender shows up 2. Misc building materials visible under stairways 3. Housekeeping: Every-other-day (100% FORGOT US!) 4. Front Desk Staff: Went to refill towels/coffee & they CHECKED ME OUT EARLY?!? [Resulted in a double-charge, required call to Marriott Corporate, took 1.5 weeks for Refund] Great Location, Good Hotel, Young/Inexperienced Staff & NO Management in Sight!
