The stay was good customer service could use some improvement but the hotel was clean. There’s a 20 dollar cash key deposit so take cash with you if you plan to stay.

Home feel

I had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean and area quiet. The experience was great overall of course it could use a few upgrades because I use to stay here a lot back in 2014 but it has the same peaceful atmosphere and cozy feel to it. I didn't take pictures this time around but I am planning my next stay.

OYO is a place to lay your head to avoid being outside...alot of renovations are needed, customer service is nonexistent (no manager on duty) and plenty of noise when trying to sleep.👎

The outside of the building and landscaping was really nice. The inside was dated. My room had cobwebs and a hole in the wall. The telephone didn't work. It was better than some other places that I have stayed.

The customer service was horrible. The hotel was dirty. The rooms was nasty and in clean . The hotel was hot no elevator.

Reservation not honored.

Made reservation 2 years ago, only to arrive at hotel to find that OYO Hotel in Mesquite, TX had been sold during the intervening time and my reservation had been discarded. It was the day before the total solar eclipse and I had been abandoned by OYO.

Nasty looking room

I chose not to stay at this place the room look nasty and dirty the bed was dark the room was out dated and very small . We could not stay there and be comfortable it look fity.
