My friends and l stayed at the hotel this past weekend and we were very impressed by how spacious and nice the room was. You have a full kitchen you can use, definitely staying again.

I missed all breakfast in the mornings during my entire stay as it was never served on time. Guests were waiting around in the lobby when it was well past 6:30am each day. Front desk wasn’t flexible upon checking in. They forced me to accept a room on the first floor, even when I rejected citing privacy & safety concerns. They said the room I was given was the last one available when I checked in at 6:00pm. However I have seen other guests walk in after me & were given rooms above 1st. I have travelled all over the world & was never given a room on the first floor (street level). Front desk’s lack of empathy & flexibility is concerning. I would never stay at this property again.

Great value in a mid range hotel
Lovely Mid Modern Hotel! Unique touches include the infused water, fresh espresso in the mornings and actually prepared breakfast rather than the typical microwaved and re-plated ones. The room was comfortable and included a refrigerator, microwave, and sink for dishes. 10/10 recommend and would stay here again

Great hotel!
Wonderful experience! Highly recommend. Especially appreciated the chef, Anna, who personalized our breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Fitness center was clean and had newer exercise equipment. Staff was friendly. Centrally located. The staff and management really takes pride and it shows! Thank you!

Modern, clean and quiet. I love the kitchen and kitchenette facilities with real silverware and dishes. The most homelike of a hotel that I’ve stayed in. Close to my local office. Have happily recommended to others.

Would definitely stay here again
This hotel is fantastic. From the moment I checked in, DeOnte and Leo made me feel welcome. The room was clean. The bed was VERY comfortable. And the next morning the breakfast staff was sooooo nice and accommodating.

Liked the small modern, minimal apartment feel. Great kitchen with all the necessities needed to stay in & prepare your own meals. AC, heat, hot water abundantly available. Would definitely stay again.

Best stay in a long time!
Great service, great experience Expedia messed up my reservation, and josh was quick to resolve the dilemma. When I checked in, josh and Christanna welcomed my family and made me feel at home. The whole staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were very clean. At check out, Letrice was really kind and she made sure that we hade a great stay. She gave us a good farewell. I’m definitely going to make this my go-to home hotel when I visit Dallas. Do to this experience I’m going to consider The Element when I travel.

Great stopover
Clean new hotel. Great value. Pet friendly with a $40 fee and an amazing new dog park right nearby with small and large dog areas. No restaurants around but plenty of DoorDash options.

5/5- Excellent! I’m a repeat guest and this hotel never disappoints! Newer bldg so it’s VERY clean! Staff was great! Cons: need to add some REAL meat to the breakfast menu, and the mattresses could be a bit firmer!
