It’s cheap so you get what you pay for, not the cleanest - hair in the towel, dust bunnys on floor- only had hot waffle breakfast one morning out of the 4 we stayed but we still had a good time all around

We needed a clean safe place close to the airport and these needs were met. The rooms were spacious. However, the breakfast left much to be desired and we had to order food because it was extremely limited. The staff was pleasant but they are definitely overworked as the same person was doing front desk and breakfast duty.

There seemed to be little to no staff at the property. The bathroom wasn’t particularly clean. We asked the front desk for a roll out bed since the room said it slept 6, but there were 2 queen beds and no couch with a pull out. The front desk said the one rollout bed they had was being used. We ended up just purchasing an inflatable bed at Walmart. Breakfast was bleak. Waffles and coffee. Basically was it. Needless to say with 4 kids we got groceries for breakfast in the room. Not bad, but not great.

We checked in and checked out as soon as possible. This place smells bad, it is dirty, bed bugs, stained sheets and towels. I showed Sammy the bed bugs and she acknowledged it was bad. They did give us back the 100 dollar deposit. I’m disappointed with whyndham hotels. I told Expedia to take this place off their list. Do not stay there. The reviews are true. I had to booked a different hotel and Expedia did give me my money back.

My granddaughter’s lived the roominess of the room. I thought it was clean and beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that thete was only 1 trash can and that was in the bathroom. There needs to be othets for food etc. Otjer than that great experience

Nice & Easy. Although they have a fee at check in that is not listed in the initial booking. I would have preferred to beware of that prior to but it was too late after I got there. Everything was smooth & you get the fee back some days later.

I’m writing to formally file a complaint regarding an extremely unsanitary and unacceptable experience at your hotel, and to request a full refund for our stay. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the hotel was not maintained to basic cleanliness standards. The hallways were visibly dirty, with accumulated hair and debris that appeared to have not been vacuumed in quite some time. The elevator floor was also filthy, which further added to our concern. As we approached our room, we noticed peeling paint on multiple doors. Once inside, the room itself was in an appalling state. There was visible hair and dirt throughout the space, including inside the drawers and along the bathroom floor, where we also found sunflower seed shells—clear indicators that the room had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. We arrived very late, & when we attempted to speak with someone at the front desk, no staff could be located. That night, we were horrified to wake up & find bugs crawling across the bed & on our bodies. The following morning, cockroaches were present across the floor of our room. Eventually, we were able to speak with a staff member who moved us to another room. Unfortunately, the second room also raised significant concerns. It emitted a strong, unpleasant odor—possibly mold—& the flooring was unstable and creaked loudly, with visible separation from the subfloor beneath. Once again, we were unable to find staff to address (to be continued) (we have video)

when we went to check in reason for the stay is to eat breakfast and for the pool was closed. We drove 6 hours for a waste of time at the time of the checking in the stated that due to inspection the breakfast area was temporary closed and the pool as well i did call before leaving but they did not let me know that there was not going to be any breakfast at the hotel. That really upset us due to going to town with a budget and had to waste more on buying breakfast. Plus, I booked a room that was supposed to have an extra bed for 6 people which granted it was a party of 5 and they put us in a suite with 2 queen beds? Now where was the 5th person going to sleep in the ground? So, they did give us an extra folding bed which was dirty the springs was hard and very uncomfortable to sleep in, so we just had to put our son to sleep with us in our queen bed which was very uncomfortable for our 4 days stay. No discount whatsoever due to being thru a 3rd party. Called Expedian that was a waste f time as well. Make sure to call and ask question before booking i have learned myself.

A man literally was passed out and unconscious in the stairway on the way to my room!! Shower was filthy there was dirt and hair in all over and the bed was also dirty. The front desk employees were also rude and the free breakfast area was completely trashed

The staff was excellent, but the room itself and the hotel were not great. We walked into the room and the floors were dirty, there was a random fridge in the room that was brand new but not in use (In addition to the fridge in the kitchenette). We asked to extra pillows as there were 5 of us and were told that there were not any. There were not any blankets. Both of our beds had 3 sheets in place of the blankets. The experience was overall not great.
