All staff was great. Shuttle driver Quincy was so kind. Checkin and check out team was wonderful. They had great snacks available in their market, complimentary toothpaste cause I forgot mine. Room had a fridge and microwave. Nice bathroom and bed. Nice stay. Thank you!

One night stay in October

Came from a long trip from Asia overnight to continue trip to East Coast the next day. New hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, nice breakfast with helpful and friendly breakfast lady in charge. Walk in showers instead of tubs (good move, no one is taking a bath in a hotel). Good shuttle, came to pick me up right away when called. Would stay again.

We had staid at your unit in Paulsbo Wa. and were very impressed. We had the expectation that our stay in Dallas would be as positive. However we were given room 101 which as it turns out is sandwiched in between two utility rooms, one of which had the roar of a generator all night. We switched rooms late in the evening for our last night. The rest of the facilities were fine and the breakfasts were great. We were surprised that during our stay the room was never made up and fresh towels had to be provided at the front desk.
