Great place to stay in Dallas

Wonderful room and such great amenities! Easy and quick check in and super friendly front staff. The breakfast was amazing and bed was comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was as advertised. Breakfast was yummy and I have to say I love the set up of different buildings.

The location in Richardson allows great access to Dallas or north to Plano. Lots of restaurants close by. The cost is great compared to others in the vicinity. If staying more than a day it's nice to be able to have a small kitchen to keep leftover food.

Our room was like a furnished apartment with a complete kitchen: refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, cooktop and microwave, ceramic plates, glasses, wine glasses, silverware! We were very pleasantly surprised!

Good stay... fix hot water issue

Trip was good... liked the stay and property overall... had issue with hot water in shower all our stay... need to address this isse--no one wants to run water 20 minutes to have a "almost warm" shower!

Weekend getaway

Hotel was comfortable and quiet. Check in and out was speedy and the room was clean and comfortable. The AC unit was a little loud, but since it was in the closet it was easy enough to close the door and dull the sound. My only "complaint" is that the breakfast area is very crowded, especially on the weekends, and there is no overhead lighting in the dining area, which was strange. I also didn't realize they made fresh to order omelets. There should probably be a sign (unless I missed it). Overall very nice stay. Will stay again for sure.

Roomy accommodations for 4 with extended living and kitchen and great breakfast buffet. Breakfast seating is limited! Cold water shower for all 4 :( Would stay again, but the shower deal was pretty bad. These are separate units so maybe the hot water tank was out in the complex.

The room is complete, like in a single room apartment, complete with what you need. I don't like that it has no elevator, and to get to the front desk, you have to walk.

The property was okay, but their pillows really are not pillows. they are cushions with pillowcases, we requested regular-size pillows and were told "no" that was all they had. Also, the curtains in the rooms should be able to close all the way.

my friend and I stayed here for a weekend, the property needs a hood cleaning, carpet smells of smoke and just plain dirty. Customer was service was great HOWEVER, breakfast can definitely be better. There was a very tiny station that served rotten strawberries, bacon had no flavor, and eggs were not good. Only good thing was the waffle. They can certainly do better with breakfast.

We checked in and was shuffled back and forth between several rooms due to them not being ready, clean or ac not working. Then out water was cold on top of it. No hot water

Don’t believe what you see in pictures.There where roaches everywhere.It was filthy. Very outdated.Roaches in kitchen,bathroom,closets! We left the room and stayed elsewhere.Will never stay here again.For being the Hyatt i was very disappointed

The front desk lady was very frindly and helpful, i just had a room that is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. So she changed it for me , but the 2nd room ac did not work and she changed it again. People are helpful the property need some work to be in a better shape. The room clean rating i would give it 7.5

Breakfast was fantastic! Room was clean! Pool was perfect! We were put in a handicap accessible room because of room availability. The shower curtain was 2 feet to short, so anytime that you take a shower it floods the bathroom floor. Also on night one, the toilet started leaking water from the floor when you flushed the toilet. Maintenance came and looked, said that the toilet o ring needed to be replaced. This would require the toilet to be removed. I asked if they could do this repair after we checked out which they agreed as they didnt have any other rooms to move us to. The front desk dis give us half off each night for the inconveniences.

A 35-40 minute wait to check in after the check in time of 3 was bad. Room was ok but water ran in tub entire time-had to keep bathroom door closed to shut out noise. Could not shut off, tried shower and water was only lukewarm, air would not cool and elevator out and me on cane had to do three flights of stairs. Room was not handicapped accessible as requested. Overall bad-very long hot night and had to navigate the many flights of stairs to leave. Elevator worked first time we went up and then nothing after. The staff was just like sorry for your pain and surgeries and cane but if you want to sleep you are going to have to do stairs but we might reduce your price. I do not want to use Hyatt or Expedia again.
