We drove for 5 hours to fly out of Love Field and stayed here one night before departing the next morning. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Valets were excellent, and it was easy to get our vehicle in and out. Lots of nice restaurants nearby (we chose Pappas steakhouse). We will be back next time we fly out of Love!

North Dallas location.

The staff was great and very helpful. The location is right in the middle of North Dallas. East drive to just about anything you’d want to see and do. The room and bathroom were nicely appointed.

The wak-in shower in room 1103 was terrble. The design was all wrong. I couldn't turn on either shower without getting hit in the face with cold water, which stayed cold for 5 minutes There were NO towel racks/rods/storage. What does Hilton have against towel racks? There was barely eough sink counter space to put a toothbrush and comb. Who would have designed such a batroom? The fan blew in my face all night. The room was very stark. I think you should have the comfort of your guests uppermost in your minds rather than modern sleekness.. The staff was wonderfu, however. Will anyone read this?

The lobby, restaurants and bar were good. Our room was so-so. Tired-looking and the bathroom was not in great shape - no fan, chipped tub. We were mindful of the ongoing Covid situation and of ecological concerns, so we only asked for our room to be cleaned once during a 4 day stay. Although we asked twice about the cleaning on that day, it was not cleaned. We had done research on late check out on the hotel website but, when we contacted the front desk about it on the first day of our stay, they told us something totally different. When we got a second call back from the manager, we got a different response again. I offered to show the manager the screenshot of the website statement about late check out. After 24 hours of hearing nothing, the manager called back and offered us a late check out (2pm) with no charge, which we appreciated.

I really liked I was able to get the same room as I had previously stayed in which I knew was a quiet room. I just wish they had microwaves in the room or maybe in the hallway so I could have reheated leftovers. I inquired about a microwave and they told me there were none in the whole building.
