Our room was nice and convenient for visiting with our family members who had come to help us at hospital and the restaurant was very nice for breakfast for our 8 family members. It was about 10 minutes away from Baylor Hospital

A lovely hotel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff for dinner were absolutely miserable and even worse the following morning for breakfast. We decided not to use the restaurant again

We have stayed here several times and this was the first time we had issues. The air conditioning was not working properly and the room wasn’t the cleanest.

Considering the high price, I was not happy with being told the rooftop area would be available to guests for the eclipse, then told upon arrival that it was closed for a private party. Then there was the difficulty of getting basic towel service - staff told us they couldn’t find any clean washcloths at all. The room was small and basic and not worth the cost. Generally disappointing visit. I expect something better from a Hilton.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. A young man named Jerry was working the desk when I checked in and he was so efficient and kind and exactly the type of person you hope to interact with especially when it has been a long day. He was a great "face" to your hotel.

The valet employees and housekeeping employees were great! Everyone was friendly EXCEPT the 2 gentlemen at the front desk at checkout. We brought some issues with the room to their attention but they just wrote it down. No apology, concern etc etc. I even commented to them about their lack of concern. Because of this, I am giving a lower rating.

Broken down roach hotel
Room was freezing so the compressor wasn’t working and the guy who had to come up and fix it after 10 pm couldn’t speak English but used his phone to translate. A roach was crawling over my comforter on my bed and the toilet seat broke. i will not stay here again ! They offered no refund or discount.

There was a roach in my room. I saw it twice and had to lill it myself. There was also trash leftover from a prior guest behind the dresser. Finally, the cleaning staff kept knocking on my door hours before my departure time to see if I had left.

The staff are really great.
The front desk staff, valet person, wait staff in restaurants all wonderful, friendly, professional people. I am tempted to come back just because of them. However, the room cleaning people were really inconsistent and therefore disappointing despite my tipping. Also, on my last night there was a large contingent of teenagers who made a LOT of noise from 1 a.m. until after 4.
