The Hotel itself was great with many things to do both on premise and within short walking distance. We tried to eat at the main restaurant in the lobby of the hotel and it was not such a pleasant experience as we could not get anyone to wait on us after being set down. Stayed to attend the Grapevine Parade. Really wished they had a place for us to be seated to watch the parade instead of having to navigate through the crowds. They had an ice skating ring, multiple photo ops and the carousel right next door. Easy access to the train as well. It is beautifully decorated souring the holidays!
