Shawna was GREAT and her customer service was incredible.. the unit was clean and nicely staged for comfort.. I wish the towel policy was different but I would definitely stay again even without the towels.

The roach Motel

The people in the front office were cool to deal with. the horrible part of my experience was it was Infested with roaches. Payed for a week only stayed three day the Office could not refund my money because of that was Company policy.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Read yelp and google reviews. They cater to the local degenerate commuity of drugs and prostitution. Seen many reviews of reservations disappearing just like ours did. They had one single bed room available with a fold out bed cause it was my wife, I, and our two daughters. Was still gonna charge us for extra towels because a sigle room only gets two. We left 5 days early they wouldn't give us a refund. The manager said "no refunds" and didnt even inquire why we were leaving. The manager is deserving of words i wont type and the corporate customer service email i got in return after a 6 paragraph complaint was basically "meh, whatever" The whole chain deserves to be put out of business! I normally dont do reviews but i couldn't wait to do this one!
