"Room wise, it was amazing. We got a grand bear suite on the second floor, but it was totally quiet (despite sharing the floor with the main lobby and gift shop/starbucks). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. The waterpark was fun for our kids. I do feel like it was less crowded (Sunday-Monday in May before school gets out)- so I imagine our experience was unique."

Red Roof Inn Dallas - DFW Airport North

"We stayed at Red Roof in so we would be in the city a day before departure. The airport shuttle provided good service. We caught the shuttle at 4:10am to DFW airport. We also left our car at red roof inn for $10 a day. Clean room and bed was comfortable. Stay in building #1. It’s quiet."

"First off, I had reservation for check in at 3pm. When checking in I was told my room wasn't ready due to having the some water damage in the room. I had stated to the clerk at the front if I was going to get a room with water damage, he stated "no". Around close to 5pm I was able to finally able to check in to my room. Room looked clean up until I had noticed that the floor was wet. Didn't think much since husband had just took a shower and he probably had wet feet. Decided to just wipe the wet floors, but to our surprise the water kept coming thru the floors. Throw a towel on the wet floor and went to sleep. Next morning around 5am I woke up to use bathroom the whole floor was just wet everywhere. I had gone to the front desk and notified the clerk and was told they will have someone in the room when the staff gets there. No one showed up until we were leaving. I made another complaint as I was checking out and was just told that there wasn't anything they could do but to compensate me on my next stay. Parking lot in the back had shattered glass all over the entrance, door in the back wouldn't close completely, trash by the dining area was full, housekeeper opening your door without knocking and just using there key to come in. This isn't a pleasant stay. This is my first and last time ever wanting to stay at this hotel."

"The property looked rundown, filthy and I honestly didn’t end up staying there because, as a single female traveler, I did not feel safe. I am working with Expedia to get a refund and the property will not return calls to Expedia. DO NOT BOOK HERE!"
