"Very nice lobby and restaurant bar area. I didn't expect to pay for parking. That's very unusual, especially when there wasn't even a garage. And no security. The entrance levers were up the entire time."

"I’ve stayed at this property in the past and I think it’s the best price in Dallas for all it offers. The rooms are spacious, there are bathrobes, and in-room dining is an option. There’s a good restaurant and bar on the bottom floor. The people are terrific and will go out their way to help with whatever you need. I would highly recommend staying here."

"I was a little worried that the hotel would be too busy and loud. But luckily, I was not here on a weekend that was too busy and it was actually very peaceful. I even found the live music to be relaxing."

"The access instructions were easy to follow, as there are several steps to get from parking to your room. The space was clean and comfortable. The view of the city was amazing! During our stay the WiFi connection in our room was intermittent, with no obvious reason why it would suddenly disconnect and become unavailable for 30 minutes to 90 minutes at a time. I was excited to have a ceiling fan in the room, however the controls for it were strange and in the two nights we stayed we couldn’t determine how to keep it on constantly. The fan would be on, then stop completely before resuming function seemingly randomly. There was also a safety alarm device (smoke or CO2 monitor) mounted directly over the head of one side of the bed, which meant the indicator light flashed directly overhead while trying to sleep. I am glad they are both complying with ordinances and ensuring guest safety, however the blinking light was a bit disruptive to my sleep. These minor issues are not deal breakers for a short weekend stay, but longer term they would definitely frustrate me."
