I ask the front desk clerk to ask the people's upstairs to stop stomping and the stumping got worse so I checked out and I left. I also saw a roach in my room going up the wall. I was very unhappy due to all the stumping that was going on upstairs so I left at about 11 I checked in almost at seven.

Don’t get me wrong, the room was definitely dirty, the bathroom had residual blonde hairs adorning the sink, shower, and shower curtain, and the heater was running with a filthy filter that gave the room a burnt smell. The majority of the stars in this rating come from the friendliness of the staff towards myself and my large puppy. They treated him very well and just like any other dog without breed or size biases, and that’s tough to get even at veterinarians offices full of trained professionals. That made the stay worthwhile. They were open to requests about the issues of the room and all. It was nice.

The room had a smell that made you think that they were covering up other smells. For instance, when I was walking down the hall when room service was cleaning the empty rooms, you could smell weed, cigarette smoke, and pet urine odors as I passed the rooms. There were workers that were living there and had no sense of respect towards others that were staying there. They were loud all night, took up more than half of the parking lot with their vans, trucks, and trailers. I did not feel safe staying at this facility at all. I also found condoms, beer bottles, tons of cigarette butts, and needles in and around the parking lot. The rooms were VERY basic. No coffee, towels were smaller than a gym towel and very used and rough. The TV would go off and on and sometimes wouldn't work at all.

This place was extremely nice and magnificently clean. I really like all the outlets and charging ports. The fridge and microwave were spotless and in great condition. The bed was comfy and the temperature was prefect. I will definitely stay there again.

The stay was “ok”… It’s not top tier. It’s clean for the most part and in decent condition. The halls smelled a little upstairs. The ice machine needed cleaning. But it was ok. It’s a good place if you just need something quick, clean and safe.
