"It’s a shame that I don’t remember the name of the gentleman at the front desk when I checked in. He was very helpful, professional and kind. Due to an early flight I checked in super early, he had a room ready and gave it to me instead of making wait until the afternoon to check in which I really appreciated after flying all night. Thus gentleman also allowed my son and I to have breakfast for free. Amazing! The property it’s besides a busy expressway so coming in and out of the hotel was a bit busy due to traffic but other than that it was amazing. The hotel has a very nice breakfast included and the staff was wonderful. The hotel has a roof top with a fantastic view. Always very clean. Ill definitely recommend it. "

"We didn't get much of a chance to use the amenities because of our short stay and the event we were in TX to attend, however the time we were there, we loved it. The front desk was so kind and got us checked in early which was so appreciated and much needed. We ate at the lobby bar and restaurant and the bartender (our server) Jamie was amazing, and honest in his recommendations. The room was lovely and spacious. We'd definitely stay again."

"Check in was a disaster, the Lady was dumb as a rock, kept making mistakes, told me a room would be ready in 30 mins, I waited 2 hrs, then another dumb lady suggested they are not even in communication " not in the loop" when it comes to getting rooms ready. I wont ever be back, period "
