This property is new and everything was clean. However, it seems that this place is obviously known to be the spot to do illicit activities.

The room and building were clean. We needed to check in early at 11am versus the standard 3pm and they had rooms ready. However, they charged an additional $50 for the privilege. We asked if they could just store our bags until we came back after the standard check-in time and they said no. While the room was clean and the building relatively new, you could hear everything from the surrounding rooms which made for a poor sleep.

Few pros and cons, overall a good experience! Room + building pretty clean, staff nice. ATM machine next to a couple vending machines is convenient. Elevator is pretty slow. Couldn’t get the smart tv to work, turned on but remote didn’t seem to fully work for the smart functionality. Didn’t see a DND tag to put on door for housekeeping. Really enjoyed the bar soap + shampoo/conditioner they provide. Bar soap feels moisturizing. You get a few face towels + reg + a couple hand towels and a bath mat. Didn’t fully utilize the kitchenette but really nice to have.

I liked how the outside parking lot and groundskeeping is tended to throughout the graveyard shift. I travel a lot & my hours are graveyard shift hours which has me coming in and out of my car and my hotel room throughout the night preparing for my catering business Every time I had to enter or exit my vehicle throughout the night the night there was a studio 6 employees/front desk, attendant,/security securing the parking lot. So I appreciated that! that is what I liked about studio 6 / downtown Dallas fair park location.

The place is so clean and smells.very beautiful inside. Area is clean and quite. Room was awesomes. Had the kitchen but we were only there dor about 10hrs just a place to sleep. But very nice and up to date.
