Omni Dallas Hotel
The staff was kinda helpful but most of everyone was very rude from the bartenders to the bell hands and the night manager was horrible and rude &&& the original I was supposed to stay in was not clean and smelled like bleach & was not prepared

The Westin Dallas Park Central
Nice hotel with fast elevators. Our room was very clean. The bed was nice but the mattress was uncomfortable. I expected a better night’s sleep for this nice of a hotel. Staff was helpful. No free parking is available.
