Across the hotel parking lot was a small mall with T&T grocery store and a few Chinese restaurants. And across this shopping area was a light rail station, where we took the train to downtown. The only thing missing was a gym."

"The parking was fine, but unfortunately our overall stay was very disappointing. The room and bathroom were not cleaned properly. There were stains in the bathroom, stains on the bedsheets, and both the pillows and bedsheets had an unpleasant smell. The room itself also smelled musty. We booked the room for four people, but only received enough bathroom amenities for one person. The shampoo and toiletries provided were very limited and not enough for the number of guests staying in the room. Housekeeping did not clean our room while we were out. When we asked staff to clean it, they gave us attitude and made it seem like we should change the sheets ourselves. We had to speak with the manager before someone was sent to help. Unfortunately, the staff member who came was rude, disrespectful, and had a very poor attitude. Overall, the cleanliness, housekeeping, customer service, and room amenities did not meet our expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues improve."
