Simple and clean place to stay

You get what you expect for the money you pay. The room was clean and the front desk service was friendly. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. They had bagels, muffins, cereal, coffee, orange/ apple / cranberry juice; the only hot choice was waffles. We only stayed one night and I would stay again.

All staff was friendly. office and rooms were welcoming. cleanliness we would give 10/10. Rooms looks newly remodel, new furniture, bedding was comfortable. Really got good sleep whole night. We enjoyed the Breakfast as well.

Rude Guy

Check in was fine, room was updated, there was a male hotel staff that was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was there coaching for the weekend and some of my players came to the pool, there was less than 10 people there including my girls. The guy came out rude and told us to leave. After we checked out, my daughter realized she left something in the room and we called to see about paying for it to be mailed to us. The first time I was hung up on, second time he seemed to act like he was looking, and then my daughter called in tears. He took her number but I doubt that he will call. Would not recommend this place for more than a one night solo stay.

the woman at the front was amazing. we got in at like 3:45am due to a very bad accident on the freeway. She allowed us to extend our check out until noon. She was very understanding and helpful.

Lobby was clean and inviting..rooms were pretty awful. Unswept and unmopped floors..flooring was coming up..unfinished work..sloppy restoration work..uncomfortable beds!! Bed was clean though is about the only good thing i could say about this room. I had family stYing here also..thet feel the same way.

The floor was so filthy in our room that after getting out of the shower and walking to the bed, our feet were black. Disgusting! The towels were very thin and rough. Cheap!

The lobby was updated and clean. The room needs updating. The carpet was stained, frayed, and needs to be replaced. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the grout around the tub is in ned of replacement. The mattress was comfortable and the bedding appeared clean. Staff at check-in was polite and personable. At check out, staff was busy keeping the breakfast bar stocked, cleaning tables, and had a great attitude. Breakfast included biscuits/gravey, waffles, fruit, cereal, coffee, milk, and orange juice.
