Truly enjoyed our stay. Danielle answered questions, made suggestions and was so kind to my granddaughter. The hotel room was great. Had enough room for me (75y/o), my daughter (45), my granddaughter (18), my grandson (17) and my 11y/o granddaughter. Everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements. The room allowed me to move easily with my walker. There were some areas that needed attention and the staff accommodated immediately. Would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area

Our flight home took off at 6am which meant that we would miss the morning breakfast. The staff knew this and made sure that milk, cereal and yogurt was available for our trip. This is truly five star service!

I have stayed here several times when visiting the grandchildren. There's room for all 3 girls, my daughter and i in one room. The breakfast is awesome, clean rooms, the indoor pool and a gym mean we hardly have to leave the property to have a great weekend. Theres a restaurant, an ice cream shop, and a convenience store within walking distance. I will be back!

Good stay as always. We have stayed 3 times prior to this. Always quiet and easy. This time we had to request a new mattress pad because ours had dried blood on it! David, the Manager last night was great and gave us a new mattress pad as well as offered to change our room. We will stay again next year.

Very nice hotel!

Check in was quick and the gentleman at the front desk was helpful and very kind. Our rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when passing thru Ringgold!
