"I really enjoyed my time at Ilkim. The apartment size was decent, and had three small balconies. The staff were super friendly although they spoke little English we were able to communicate via google translate. The bed was super comfy and our apartment was kept cool even though it was 30degrees outside. We stayed for nearly two weeks and only had our apartment serviced once so I’d say that is probably my only negative review. Location was perfect - close to the main streets, buses, and grocery...

"every thing positive written about this hotel is a big lie!
toilet in the bedroom! dirty bathroom, cold water, bed sheets dirty and extremely old. matrresses are ancient and in very bad shape ( deep in the middle of the bed ). No wifi, only hot water in the shower, blankets at least 20 years old! No tv, and the list is long!
in short every positive comment written about this hotel is probably written by their friends and relavies!

"This hotel was outstanding, spotlessly clean and fantastic staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool was lovely and the plants around the hotel were beautiful. Breakfast was buffet style, fresh and plentiful. Its a little gem in Dalyan "

"Apartment spotless. No complaints about them. For information to other people wishing to book:
The walk into Dalyan centre is around 20/25 minutes. Quite a trek in the heat of the day. We used taxis £4 one way, so adds a fair amount to your spending money.
Staff at hotel/reception aren’t around much.
No snack bar onsite. Although you can buy soft drinks, water etc.
Maids will only change bed levels men and towels on request.
Bins aren’t emptied, it’s up to guests to attend to this, replacement bags are provided.
We didn’t use kitchen facilities, plenty of utensils, crockery, pots and pans at your disposal.
Smart TV has pre loaded apps, Netflix, Prime, Spotify. Remember to log out at the end of your stay.
Air con in bedroom and lounge, free of charge at time of writing.
Drawback: pool area loses sun around 4pm (late September)"

"The Caria Luxury hotel was a great find. Super location just metres from the small town centre, right on the river and with a view of rock tombs from our balcony. Our double room had been updated and was comfortable with a very large double bed, new A/C and very efficient hot water shower bathroom.
Breakfast offered enough choice to suit most people with Turkish tea or Nescafe provided and other teas and coffee available from the outside bar/restaurant
The outside restaurant was very well positioned overlooking the river. The food was tasty and food/drinks were reasonably priced.
We understood the hotel is under new management/ownership this summer and more improvements are planned for 2026.
Dalyan itself is very much worth a visit especially a river boat trip to the lake and beach.
We will definately return."

"I stayed 3 nights with my wife in sept 2025.On arrival we were upgraded to a very large and comfortable suite.
The staff were very pleasant and always ready to help with inquiries.Breakfast was very good with a great choice.
We booked the evening meal option where we had to walk to the sister hotel (Caria luxury on the riverside)
The food at this location was excellent also."

"The property is in top condition – modern, clean, comfortable. The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. We had only one problem – WiFi was not available in some areas of the building, I really hope they can fix it, other than that, it was superb!"
