Aussi, ils m'ont quand même donné une chambre, mais j'étais seule dans l'hôtel sans personnel, ni petit-déj/restauration. When i noticed a mistake in my booking ( date ) i immediately contacted the hotel to change the date since we where already on our way to the hotel. Unfortunattely they where not able to help us and the only option they offered me was to do a completely new booking.
