The hospitality was exceptional – the staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The entire stay was smooth, comfortable, and truly exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was relaxed yet professional, and every detail was taken care of with care and precision. When we arrived to the hotel lobby we started feeling something in our throat, same thing inside the room we started coughing and needed to open the windows. We did ask if they used chemical products and they say no. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room basic but clean. No tv. Bad quality mattress doing a lot of noise when using. Breakfast basic.
