"Selv om at The Reset slår sig op på kurophold m.v, så er det også velegnet til en almindelig slotsferie. Slottet er under renovering, og man fornemmer at de nye ejere gør meget ud af, at alle detaljer er perfekte. Den værelsesfløj vi boede i var færdigrenoveret, og værelset var meget stort og velindrettet med sans for de små detaljer. Til værelset var der en terrasse med udsigt over søen. Morgenmadsbuffet blev serveret i flotte omgivelser i selve slottets festsal. Her kan man også bestille...

"Charming small hotel visited a week before Easter 2024 - not their peak season so I suspect it is sometimes harder to get the lovely room on the 5th floor - but the room itself was a solid without being outstanding. The breakfast included in the room was decent - perhaps not as good as in some larger hotels but it would be unfair to expect them to provide as much variety in such a small hotel - and the made to order choose your eggs was a nice touch. "We have stayed a couple of days but did not eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel. We did rent however bikes (very easy!!!). Very friendly service and good place to be. We did enjoy the stay very much and would come back for sure. "

"Zweck der Übernachtung war, eine allzu frühe Anfahrt in den Raum Malchin zu vermeiden, so dass das Hotel Marcus den Zweck hatte, eine verhältnismäßig günstige Nacht in der Gegend verbringen zu können. Für diesen Zweck ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet, ich habe mich immer wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war gut, das Personal nett. Das Einzige, was etwas störte, war, dass das Zimmer keine Möglichkeit zur Verdunklung der Fenster bot, so dass es nachts relativ hell im Zimmer war. Hier wären Innenrollos...

"- Smelly of smoke, mole, dirty textiles etc - Mediocre service - Uncomfortable and old beds - Noisy, you can not move a centimeter without creating quirky noises - We got a room without toilet even it was booked We will not come back, 100% for sure and I recommend to stay somewhere else. "

"So happy to have discovered this interesting and beautiful hotel! We chose it because the price was good and we suddenly needed to stop as we were traveling in the area. Ots more than we expected - really an historic renovated very cool place. The owner has given great detail to everything. Gorgeous artifax, furniture, attention to tiny details, including freshly baked sourdough bread at the excellent breakfast (we bought some to take with us, the crust was so good). "Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Lage ist super. Müritz Therme ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausstattung der Zimmer war gut. Alles vorhanden um sich selbst gut zu verpflegen. Ruhig. Platz für die ganze Familie. "

"Beschriebener Pool nicht vorhanden, WLAN nicht funktioniert, Internet und Handyempfang kaum vorhanden, frische Handtücher nach 2 Tagen selber geholt, Zimmerreinigung und Zimmerservice trotz anwesender Corona-Gruppe nicht täglich, bis auf eine sehr nette, tätowierte Mitarbeiterin und einen jungen bemühten Mann leider Personal eher inkompetent und arrogant in Erinnerung geblieben."
