The hotel has its own private beach area with spectacular views and offers easy access to shopping, dining, and walking areas. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help.
However, based on our personal experience, this does not feel like a true 4-star hotel — more like a 3-star. They didn't have bell service and we had to move our suitcases ourselves. Our room was somewhat outdated and not cleaned properly, with hair left on the bathroom floor and sink. While the hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis, we found the food bland, with limited variety and quality compared to other 4- and 5-star hotels we stayed in during our trip. "
