Great service. Nice hotel. It can use some upgrades. The screen door was broken and the door wouldn’t close so we asked for a different room which they accommodated quickly. However, the other room had the same problem. Very nice rooftop with gorgeous view. We will go there again.

Clean modern rooms. Excellent location across from Doheny Beach. We could see the ocean from the balcony. I only wish housekeeping would come daily vs every other day.

The staff was good although we didn't meet many. The bartendress struggled making change, but most importantly was we had to change rooms due to the amount of dog hair and the second room had an underlying odor of urine. Say goodbye to carpeted pet rooms. Easier on cleaning staff and more sanitary for patrons

The courtesy and helpfulness given by Marc at the front desk was exceptional. The thoughtfulness in room design for the comfort and convenience of guests also went far beyond the expected.

Was looking forward to three days in San Clemente. All this was ruined by the hotel, that decided to have their driveway resurfaced Friday-Sunday from 8AM...Noise was so bad, that we could not enjoy the pool, the outdoor space or the rooftop terrace overlooking the ocean. What a bummer..
