A HIdden Gem

From Emily's first warm greeting at check-in, to a late-night hello upon my return, to checkout next morning, everything was wonderful. This refreshed property is great for business and personal travel; kind of a hidden gem. Clean, quiet, friendly, with all the amenities you could ask.

Very clean and staff was really on with quick responses to all requests. In the post Covid19 world where so many hotels have never returned to former service this is rare indeed. Staff was very friendly and happy to be doing their jobs. I would stay here again.

Front desk guy seemed like he didnt want to be there.. Not friendly at all.. there were about 65 kids running around the halls and property most of the night.. very disturbing.. I dont believe we will be staying here ever again..

Positives first. Clean, comfy room. Friendly staff. Now for the bad. Place was under heavy construction and it wasnt mentioned during booking. Was directed to emter through a side door, which was locked and unattended. Needed a giest leaving to gain access. As soon as i arrive back with dinner, the fire alarm goes off. The shoddy contractors broke a sprinkler line. Unbelievable. The loud constructive continued until almost 8 pm.
