"The room was pretty dirty, the beds were comfortable, the toilet seat was pretty much falling off of the toilet I requested for it to be fixed and no one responded to my text message. I’m sure they got it because moments before that I had asked about an iron being in the room and they told me that there was one. I went out and picked up some sanitize wipes and wiped up the areas that I was frequently going to use, but the floors were pretty dirty because I stood on a towel and when I looked at the bottom of the towel, the towel was pretty dirty. I was just in town for a graduation across the way, so it served his purpose for the night, but I definitely would not stay here again."

The breakfast arrangements need to be made clearer. The is no free breakfast, you have an option to purchase a breakfast. Which is a choice, but should be made clear. There was not even free coffee in the lobby, really!! The staff was great, room very comfortable, except no TV Guide. I understand the breakfast is a Marriot guide, the room rate was good, but the no coffee added a negtaive.

"It’s a nice enough hotel but every area except the lobby was clearly old and not well maintained. Hallways had a musky odor and the carpet could use a deep clean, room was clearly old and in need of renovation."
