"It is very charming and old. But our room and the breakfast room were not clean at all. Dust on the floor alongside the bed, webs everywhere, bedside table sticky etc. Bed and linen was ok.We were the first to have breakfast, but the tables had crumbs and the floor was not clean. Bathrooms were ok. Toilets lacked paper and soap. It was cheap, but still I expect cleaning. It would take only a little efford to give the guests a better experience."

"We were missing bedding and towels for one person and we didn't get help late at night with this problem. The hotel reportedly has a staff shortage, which should not be visible to the customer. Luckily we got a refund the next day. There is no hot food at breakfast, but otherwise it's ok."
