I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for an air conditioner that smelled like urine when operating. Luckily it wasn’t too warm overnight and we didn’t use it. Other than that I was really pleased with the room and how clean it was.

Baymont by Wyndham Knoxville I-75
This is a basic hotel/motel which is dated and quite old. We stayed because of its proximity to the I-75 and because it’s pet friendly. Cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, really needs to be improved. Staff were helpful, but were run off of their feet. Breakfast was surprisingly good, ...

Comfort Inn & Suites Knoxville West
This hotel needs a renovation. Dark, dirty, musky. The lighting is bad, ventilation on bathroom non existent. Breakfast was not good either or visible - we weren’t sure where it was and no staff told us.
