"We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "Excellent apartment location for a longer stay in Vienna. Very spacious and comfortable with a kitchenette and washer that fulfills all the needs of a family. Grocery store and restaurants nearby, two different metro lines within 10 minutes from the property. Great instructions on how to check in, well kept property. Would stay there again. "
