"Nice hotel, clean, amazing breakfast, and spa options. Beautiful grounds with separate open air hot pools as part of the island... The only annoyance was the staff that was too lazy to do anything. Calling room service was useless, might as well go and find it yourself."

"Nice hotel. Clean and nice location. Reception staff were wonderful but many of the staff in restaurant lounge and buffet were rude and short; almost annoyed you were bothering them. The hotel is centrally located, with a number of public transport options nearby. The staff are incredibly friendly and sweet. The hotel lobby was beautiful and free coffee and tea are provided in the lobby, as well as cakes/biscuits between 3-5 pm. The breakfast was ok - with a reasonable selection of items. However the wifi connection in the room was weak and in order to clear work, I had to go down to the lobby for a good stable internet connection. The reception saw me doing this and came...
