"Loved my stay overall! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the location is super nice too. Walking distance from the stations and trams and even groceries and restaurants! The only issue I had was the no control over AC, but that’s just me since my body temp runs really warm. Will definitely stay with them again when I’m back in Vienna 💖 Obrigada!!!"

"Staff were efficient. We had a problem with our bed and got it fixed within minutes. The rooms are very clean, with all the necessary accessories, and a great breakfast buffet with lots of tables, replenished frequently. The staff at reception were polite and friendly."
