"Pros: Clean and quiet. Great location right by Petit Jean State Park, a coffee shop and a general store. Easy check in and out. Matress was fairly comfortable. Good place to just shower and sleep if you're mostly exploring or hiking during the day. They have grills and picnic tables under covered patio if needed. TV and WiFi worked.
Cons: Room was in need of repair and or an overall update, e.g., bathroom tile was in poor shape, baseboard loose and needed paint. Space is small and chairs are wooden so it's not a comfortable place to just sit and relax.
Overall good for the price and it met our needs."
