"These are just observations and not indicative of my expectations. Property and building were nice but very outdated. The walls had multiple places where the paint had chipped off. The carpet in the hall did not reach the walls and the concrete flooring was exposed about 3-4 inches. One of the lamps in the room had wiring exposed. The tub had a large chip missing in the porcelain in the center of it. The bed was not particularly comfortable, but there a lot of pillows (bonus) and the sheets were clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. There were vending machines and an ice machine conveniently located. There were many options at breakfast in the morning including eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereal, waffles, muffins, bagels, fruit, milk and coffee. The property did have a pool but we did not go. Overall it was a decent place to stay and met our needs for the night we were there."

"The property appeared to have been built quite recently. It is located on a quiet street, and boasts sufficient off-street parking. Check-in and out went well without issues. The room was nice; comfortable, quiet, and with an interesting floor plan that made it seem much larger than most. A breafast buffet and 24/7 coffee were most welcome. We.enjoyed the in-room coffee maker and the two large TV's (with Netflix access, no less!). The only demerits would be for the thin, scratchy towels -- not worthy of the property -- along with the difficulty of acquiring them. Onver the course of our 5-night stay, we never received maid service, and were relegated to going to the front desk every evening to request towels, coffee, etc. One night the hotel was completely OUT of towels...just imagine that. That was the ONLY drawback, though. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay."
