"This property is a true scam in every sense. This is NOT A RESORT! These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units. The apartment was not cleaned once the previous guests left. The bathroom was extremely filthy with rags used to clean the floor pushed to a corner of the bathroom. The street rooms should be definitely avoided. When arrived book and demand the room with pool view or at least mountain view. The existence of the street rooms weren't mentioned in Expedia hotel advert."

"This riad/hotel is everything you could want in a stay. The host was incredibly helpful and especially accommodating for a solo traveler, which I really appreciated. It’s located within the walls of the ancient medina. It can be a bit tricky to find at first—you go up some steps through an archway, and it’s on the left—but that just adds to the charm. My room was very clean, with air conditioning and a strong, consistent flow of hot water—both big pluses. Breakfast was fantastic: fresh-squeezed orange juice, bread with butter and apricot jam, an omelette, and coffee. A great way to start the day. The location is central, making it easy to explore Tétouan. Compared to Marrakech, the city feels like a breath of fresh air—calmer and more relaxed, both day and night. The beach is also easy to reach by shared grand taxi, costing around $0.70 USD. If you’re traveling solo or just looking for a comfortable, authentic stay, I highly recommend this place when visiting Tétouan."
