"Unfortunately we were locked into room!! They use electronic locks with access code. Getting in was not a problem but when went to leave could not get out. Called the contact number and they sent a maintenance girl over. She could not access room and could not get in main door. Since we had a boat to catch we had to leave. They had to remove window screen so we could climb out window!!!"
