"Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road."

"We received a warm welcome and the room was clean and as expected. Fantastic location for our stay. It was a pity that two of the three lifts were not working during our 3 night stay, but the staff were most apologetic. We didn't make use of the bar. The breakfast was a bit hit and miss: there was an excellent range offered but on the first two mornings we found the cooked breakfast to be overcooked and of poor quality. It was much, much better on the third morning."
