"I gave this motel a high rating only because my family owned and ran it back in the late 70’s early 80’s so it was cool to go back and spend the night. For a group of people or large family it’s an ideal location with lots to do. If you want a peaceful sleep, I wouldn’t stay. Thin walls and noise travels easily. Wifi wasn’t the best, but hey, you’re in the wilderness so relax and read or chat with your partner. Place looks pretty much the same in terms of layout. Lake would be great for kids."
"The BMI is an older building. The linens were very clean and nice. The beds and pillows were cozy. The air conditioner kept the room at comfortable temperature on a hot evening. Having the restaurant downstairs was an added bonus. The food was good, and we had supper and breakfast in the restaurant. If you want an economical place to stay, this is your place. I would stay here again."
"The hotel was nice and for a small town, it was expected to be on the older side. Room was clean and had all the things you would expect. Make sure you bring your own body and hair wash as the bottles were empty. Oh the pool is empty but that wasn’t a deal breaker."
"The view of the river from our cabin was spectacular.
Common kitchen area was under construction.
Bathroom/shower area could use more shelving.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
"Belle vue de la chambre, le déjeuner au golf est vraiment bon nous avons adoré. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et accueillant.
Point négatif pour la chambre qui n'était pas prête à notre arrivée."
"Our one-night stay at Montana Hill Guest Ranch was truly memorable. It felt like stepping back into the '90s in the best possible way—surrounded by nature, with no distractions, just peace and simplicity.
We loved being greeted by the friendly animals around the property, which added so much charm to the experience. Spending the evening watching DVDs brought back childhood memories, and having a radio instead of modern entertainment made the stay feel even more nostalgic. The outdoor hot tub under the open sky was the perfect way to unwind.
If you're looking to disconnect from the busy pace of everyday life and reconnect with nature, this is a wonderful place to stay. We left feeling refreshed and would happily visit again."
"I had such a wonderful stay here! The setting along the North Thompson River is absolutely beautiful. Everything was sparkling clean, peaceful, and so comfortable. A huge thank you to the amazingly friendly staff who made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived!"
