"The buffet was 39 Euros and was sparse to say the least. You are a captive audience as the hotel is set up high on a breathtaking wooded hillside with nothing around but views. Buffet was a rip off for that kind of pricing. Pizza, cold cuts and pasta. Terrible."

"Good hotel in easy walking distance from the station and to public transport into the centre. In a quiet area close to offices. Quiet well appointed bed rooms. Nice buffet breakfast and area for drinks and socialising in the evening. Evening meal not the best so suggest eating elsewhere. Minimal staffing, so felt a bit stretched at times. For uk travellers probably comparable to premier inn. Darmstadt a nice city - Matildenhohe very picturesque, lovely Herrengarten park, waldspirale architecture, and fossils in messel - all worth seeing. Excellent public transport - clean, efficient and cheap. Good base to explore the region - had a very enjoyable stay "
