"Couldn’t find front desk attendant 4 or 5 times trying to ask about local restaurants. No bell to ring. Stood around but no one showed up. Gave a little worry about safety ."
"The check-in process was chaotic. There were clearly some issues the staff were dealing with and that frustration was passed onto the guest checking in. The computer crashed mid check-in which caused more issues. We came back “after hours” and tried to use the doorbell to get in the front door and it did not work. We needed up having to pound in the front glass to get someone to let us in. The gentleman that came to let us in was in his cell phone and seemed annoyed that we didn’t use the doorbell. We told him he did t work and then he tried it a few times before we were able to get in. Also, the elevators seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The room was nice but the experience getting there was rough."
