"While the staff were friendly and helpful, the key thing “hot water” didn’t work in the shower or vanity. The water was slightly off being cold. There were no shower caps supplied. When I asked for milk for tea & coffee they supplied it. "

"Facility is basic, and we encountered a power outage from late afternoon to about 9 pm in the evening. Without power, water was also not available. With very limited English speaking skills, the staff were very nice and kind and tried their best to help 👍 The breakfast was also very simple. With the price we paid, a much higher quality of staying was expected."
