"It is a beautiful villa that will be worthy of many of your photos. But travelers should be aware that the open living space can become uncomfortably cold at Batu's high elevations. "Hotel options in this area are quite limited, and this one is probably among the better choices. According to the information available, it was completed in 2020. The rooms are spacious in layout, but some details reveal signs of wear—for example, the faucets show oxidation and limescale, the towels are frayed from repeated washing, the quilt is very thin, and the duvet cover feels as though it has been washed thousands of times. For an international hotel chain, I would have expected a higher standard. On the plus side, the breakfast is very extensive, with many authentic local snacks and dishes for guests to try. The service staff are also very friendly and welcoming."

"Bed cover got a stain when we came, kindy curious how the room service could have missed a very obvious stain spot like that (we requested for a changed out the next day and got new/clean cover). The room was a bit dated: old caulks and shower curtain need to be replaced. But I do commend on the foods available in the front of the hotel at night! I ate mostly at the next-door malls and only tried the hotel foods on the last night, which were really good (have I known earlier, would have eaten that instead of the mall foods {weren't great at all}). Service staffs are great, super friendly. I would come back for the staff, very kind/nice ppl. "
