"I stayed for a night & it was a pleasurable experience! PROS; - free toiletries(soap, shampoo) - Plates, cups, silverware were available to use in the room - Easy communication 4 English speakers(I ordered a shuttle to the airport & spoke with a polite man in English. "The apartment was exactly like the pictures. Everything was very clean and the communication was prompt and thorough. The location was just minutes from the airport as well. I highly recommend the place."

"The neighborhood itself was a little rough and walking around required heighten awareness. The property was very secure. There were four doors and four keys to get it to the apartment. Three of them were iron security doors. Orlando was very accommodating and friendly and the little watch dog, I called Scooter, was a treat. He welcome me with cheerful tail wags and calf nudges every time I returned to the apartment."

"This is a second time that I stood in this nice property located in a safe neighborhood. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and management "

"The owner came to meet us and showed us the apartment. He is fluent in English and he was available to answer our calls promptly. The apartment was beautifully furnished and clean. We were missing a large pot for cooking soup. He arranged for his wife to bring it to the apartment. We would definitely return there for our next visit."

"Unipark is in a great location and getting the room with breakfast buffet is always nice. A bit disappointing to find they did not have the small buffet at night that i had seen a week earlier. The room was nice, water super hot. Water available. I noticed a bit too late complementary coffee is in the lobby, but an in room option would be nice. There is a fridge, always useful. Not a smart tv so options to watch are limited since i like to go to youtube when not home. I have noticed this at two places in the same area so maybe just nit that important. "
