My room was clean. The aircon was really cold. A bit small but for the price was ok. The internet was slow. Reception and guards were very friendly. I will stay there again. So close to the mall too.

空港からタクシーで向かいましたが、住宅街の中で少し分かりずらい立地です。 WIFIもよく拾います。キッチンが付いておりガスも使えます。 フライパン、ケトルに食器も付いており朝は自炊しました。 非常にコスパのいいホテルです。日本語は全く使えません。英語かタガログが必要です。

Marton review Great location easy walk to SM City Ecoland. Big grocery store, shops and restaurants nearby. Nice rooms, new building, stove burner and all the dishes, pots and pans we needed. Full size refrigerator, comfortable bed and quite, safe location. Excellent WiFi. Staff super nice, front desk , housekeeping and manager, Arnold, super helpful. This is one of my very few perfect ratings I’ve given to a hotel but this place really is excellent!

Nice place and great value

Every thing was great, very close to sm mall. Kitchen had all necessary cooking utensils which is unusual. Clean and comfortable. Service would have been perfect if they had an umbrella or could get me a cab.

Doesn't have electric keetle and hair blower

Internet and phone signal sucks inside the room. Quick stay doesn't need kitchen. They should have atleast electric keetle. Modern hotel supposedly provides hair blower. Receptionist not friendly. Bed and pillows are great and very comfortable. Clean room and enough space.

Marton Suites

I have stayed at a number of hotels in Davao and for this price range Marton is by far the best I have seen. New hotel, fast wifi, fully equipped room. Very short walk to SM Mall. Will stay again the next time I am back.
